Belleview Valley is located one hour and a half south of St.Louis, and just 35 miles from Farmington. Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Deaconess Long Term Care (DLTC) at Belleview Valley offers skilled care in a secure environment and skilled nursing to meet the growing needs of our population. However, DLTC is interested in providing more than just a place to live. We are dedicated to providing quality care in a compassionate environment. By respecting the unique characteristics of each person, we work together with each community to care for residents as our guests, so they can remain productive members of that society.
